Pump Application:
Our FDP series positive displacement diaphragm pumps are designed for continuous duty and suitable for a large variety of food processing and industrial work. These pumps are ideal for the large or small contractor and are made expressly for pumping liquids with abrasive quantities in suspension. With no gland to wear, these pumps have a snoring capability therefore these pumps can be run dry, which is most essential in excavation applications. Solidly constructed with a heavy duty aluminum alloy casing and stainless steel inlet/outlets. Available complete with a variety of electric or petrol drive units that are easily maintained for a long service life.

Drive requirements:
Options available are with electric motors or petrol engines in the following sizes:
Honda petrol: For 50 and 76mm models - 4hp engine with recoil start and 2 to 1 reduction gearbox
Electric motors: From 0.37kw to 1.5kw in single and three phase motors
Installation:
It is preferable for this pump is to be installed in a horizontal position. For maximum efficiency use oversized hose or pipe and keep the hose or pipe as short and straight as possible.
