Pump application:
Large volume pump with medium head for pump water with solids. These trash pumps are designed for heavy duty and are suitable for construction and industrial work. With rapid self priming capabilities and has been made to transfer high volumes of dirty water with the help of solid and durable cast iron impeller and internal casing. The unique quick release system allow for rapid and efficient removal of debris from a clogged impeller. Compact and complete with a variety of diesel or petrol drive units that are easily maintained for a long service life.

Performance data:
Performance curves are based on a kinematic viscosity value of 1mm²/s and a density of 1000Kg/m³ at 20ºC.
  - Flow rates up to 60m³/h.
  - Heads up to 28m.
  - Suction heads up to 8m.
  - Suitable for pumping fluids with solids up to 30mm in size.
  - Maximum fluid temperature: +35ºC.
  - Maximum amibient temperature: +40ºC.
  - Maximum allowance pressure in casing : 6 Bar.
  - Rotational speed: Nominal speed 3000rpm, maximum speed 3600rpm.
  - Electronic start units available upon request.
  - Complete with sturdy roll cage for protection and ease of handling.

Engine:
Engine option available are in diesel and petrol from the following manufactures.
Honda Petrol: 6.5 OHV horizontal shaft petrol engines with oil alert.
Subaru Petrol: 7hp OHV horizontal shaft petrol engines, with oil alert.
Subaru Diesel: 5.5hp air-cooled direct fuel injected diesel engines, with low vibration levels.

Installation:
The pump is to be installed in a horizontal position for both fixed and portable plants. These self priming pumps require water in the pump case only for the initial pumping operation. No water is necessary for subsequent pumping when the casing contains water For maximum efficiency make the piping as short and straight as possible. Make sure that clean water is pumped through the pump system before storage - this will ensure a trouble free start-up the next time your pump is used.

Caution: These pumps should never be run dry!
