Pump application: These Italian Carbuset pumps are ideal for use across a range of applications including in the building industry, agriculture, general industry, transport, service stations and in the marine industry. Specification: These AP40 centrifugal electric pumps are driven by a double-insulated motor. This characteristic enables the operator to work in complete safety also in the case of short circuiting. Other safety devices include a built-in antisiphon system which, if the supply tube or the dispenser gun is accidentally damaged, stops the liquid contained in the drum from spilling out. The pump is made out of a plastic body with high mechanical properties, NBR seals and steel vane components. These characteristics allow liquid to be transferred without any risk of corrosion. The pump comes in kit form which includes the supply and suction tubes, the filter, the handgrip and anything else that is needed for quick assembly and use. The diesel pump is suitable for transferring the following liquids: Water, mineral and synthetic oil, engine oil, emulsified water, glycols (anti-freeze liquid), dielectric liquid (paraffin), diesel fuel and heating naphtha. Caution: This pump is not explosion proof and should not be used for petrol and solvents. By pumping these liquids you may create a serious explosion, fire hazards and invalidate the warrantees. Options: A 240v option is also available on application. A “chemical” pump version is available with stainless steel vanes which is suitable for a large range of chemical substances including insecticides these include: Diesel oils, Calcium Bisulphite, Carbon Disuphide, Copper Sulphate, Kerosene, Naptha, Potassium Hydroxide (diluted - cold), Sodium Bicarbonate and Sodium Chloride. Please refer to Tech data sheet CEN -15 for further details. Performance data: Performance curves are based on a kinematic viscosity value of 1mm²/s and a density of 1000 Kg/m³ at 20ºC. - Flow rates up to 25 L/min - Absorbed power: 110W - Fluids must be clean and free from suspended abrasive particles - Maximum fluid temperature: +35ºC. - Weight: 3.5kg - Packing Dimensions: 400 x 400 x 150mm - Pump body screw thread: M64 (2”) to fit 44 gallon drum - Normal discharge head: 1m - Maximum discharge head: 4m for short periods only - Internal diameter of hose: 17.5mm Installation: The pump is ideal for the quick and easy refueling of vehicles with diesel engines from drums, containers and tanks. The pump must never be used when empty. The pump only works in a vertical position. Before connecting the pump to the power supply, ensure that the voltage complies with the limitations indicated. Keep the fuelling lever pressed. Start the pump by repeatedly activating the trigger located on the pump body until the liquid starts flowing from the fuelling gun repeat this process each time the motor is started or in the case of power failure). Start the motor using the switch and proceed to fuelling. When finished, release the fuelling lever and switch off the motor.
Pump Application: Mobile diesel tank refueling units are available in three popular tank sizes of 250, 400 and 600 liters. Each diesel tank can be fitted with a choice of 12vDC diesel pumps or with a manual rotational hand pump. The diesel electric pumps are designed for heavy duty and come complete with a 19mm ID × 4m long antistatic refueling hose and a manual refueling nozzle. Fitted to a high quality tank, these pumps are easily maintained and built with quality parts for a long service life. The unit comes complete with an earth lead for static discharge prevention and a 2m long battery cable. Performance data: 12vdc pump Performance data is based on pumping diesel at 20ºC - Italian built high quality Piusi pump - Flow rates up to 38 liters per minute - Heads up to 15m - Suction heads up to 2m-self priming - Fluids must be clean and free from suspended abrasive particles - Maximum fluid temperature: +35ºC. - Maximum ambient temperature: +40ºC. - Pump type: 12vdc-rotary vane type with build in bypass - Duty cycle: 30 minutes on followed by 30 minutes off - With on/ off switch on pump body - Ideal for intermittent diesel refueling- has bypass capabilities but for long pump life should only be used for short periods (less than 1 minute). - Suction hose built into tank - 4m of 19mm ID of antistatic hose with manual refueling gun Performance data: Rotary hand pump - Flow rates up to 22 liters per minute - Heads up to 1.5m - Maximum speed 70rpm - Complete with 4m of 19mm ID antistatic hose ( not shown on picture) Performance data: Diesel tank - Tank comes complete with an inbuilt hard wood fuel dipstick - Tank has breather fitted and larger tanks have internal liquid baffles - Built for diesel grade polyethylene - Galvanised bottom fill inlet pipe - With red “hand wash”tank with tap for clean water - Complete with 5 year pro rate warrantee (tank only) Installation: These tanks are designed to be installed in a horizontal position on the back of a utility or a truck. These tanks can also be mounted on a skid frame which is available as an option. These are self priming pumps.
