Industrial quality Oil / Water separators. Available in four sizes for a range of commercial and industrial applications. The heart of the Oil / Water separator consist of a Coalescing Plate Separator which is designed to operate as an enhanced gravity separator capable of removing oils, solids or both. It utilizes the difference in specific gravity between two or three immiscible components of a fluid stream for separation. Fitted to a high quality tank, these pumps are easily maintained and build with quality parts for a long service life. The unit can be supplied with a range of suitable diaphragm pumps fitted with either a standard TEFC, flameproof or explosion proof motor.

Performance data:
Performances are based on a fluid with a kinematic viscosity value of 1mm²/s and a density of 1000 Kg/m³ at 20ºC.
-Flow rates: up to 1000, 1500, 2000, and 3000 litres per hour.
-Galvanised frame: 30mm galvanized RHS tube welded construction with 4 bolt down feet, freestanding
-Wholly Australian manufactured
-Optional level regulators/ float valves can be provided
Pump:
Each of the oil / water separators can be matched to out FDS series diaphragm pumps which can either be fitted with a standard TEFC, flameproof (exe) or explosion proof (exd) motor depending on the installation location of the oil / water separator. It is recommended that for indoor installations for minimum safety requirements, a flame proof (exe) motor is used. This can be upgraded to an explosion proof (exd) motor for more hazardous requirements (Class 1 zone 2 areas).
Installation:
The tank and pump are designed to be installed in a horizontal position on level ground. These units can be installed inside or outside the premises.
Warning: Installation procedures must be in accordance with the Finsbury Powamac instruction and operations manual supplied with this equipment. For detailed information refer back to Finsbury Powamac.
